- None of our coveralls are flame resistant. Do not wear them near sparks, welding, cutting, hot work or arc flash. They can melt or burn.
- If your work involves those hazards, you need flame-resistant garments from a source that certifies them. Let us know what you need.

Suits in volume, on a date
Turnarounds run on dates. Here is how to make sure the suits are there.
- Count heads and days. One suit per person per shift is the usual starting point for disposables.
- Plan the size spread. Disposables run L through 4XL. Give us your headcount by size where you can, and ask for a spread if you can't.
- Pick the fabric per crew. Dirt crews on polypropylene, dusty crews on SMS, wet crews on microporous.
- Order by the pallet. Mixed pallets are fine. Tell us the delivery date and site address.
- Reorder fast. We ship the same day when the count runs short.

Know the limits
- Not flame resistant. Never for hot work or arc flash.
- Not rated for chemical immersion or pressurized liquid.
- A coverall is one part of your PPE. Choose respirators, gloves and eye protection for the specific hazard.

What's the best disposable coverall for maintenance work?
Polypropylene for dirt and grime, SMS if the dust is fine, and microporous if splash is possible. Most plants keep two of these on hand.
