Know the limits
- A coverall is not respiratory protection. Choose a respirator for the coatings you spray, and follow their safety data sheets.
- Our coveralls and the Ultra Spray Suit are not chemical protective clothing.
- Not flame resistant. Do not wear near open flame, sparks or hot work.
- Only the microporous coverall is antistatic and certified (Type 5 & 6). The other suits are not.

Which coverall is best for spraying automotive paint?
The hooded microporous coverall is our first pick. It stops fine overspray, and its fabric is antistatic to EN 1149-5. Painters who want a suit they can wash use the Ultra Spray Suit.
What should I wear for sanding?
SMS. It stops fine dry dust and breathes better than a film suit. Pair it with the respirator your safety plan requires.
Are your coveralls chemical resistant?
No. They keep overspray and dust off skin and clothes. For respiratory protection, garments and gloves, follow the safety data sheets for the coatings you use. Let us know if you need something we don't carry.
Do you have larger sizes?
Yes. Disposable suits go up to 4XL, and so does the Ultra Spray Suit.
