Fiberglass, mineral wool and cellulose all shed fibers and dust that itch, cling to clothing, and end up in the truck and the customer's house.

Summer attics run far hotter than the air outside. A suit that traps heat gets unzipped, and then it isn't doing its job.

What the guidance says
For handling fiberglass, rock wool and slag wool, the insulation manufacturers' association recommends a cap, a loose-fitting long-sleeved shirt and long pants to protect skin from irritation, and an N95-series dust respirator when exposure warrants.

A suit you can wash and wear again
Foam manufacturers set the PPE for application, and that means chemically resistant garments. For everything else in the day, the Ultra Spray Suit is a washable suit that keeps overspray and dust off skin and clothes: rip-stop polyester front, cotton back, hook-and-loop wrists and ankles.

A note on chemical protection
- Our coveralls and the Ultra Spray Suit keep overspray, dust and debris off skin and clothes. They are not chemical protective clothing.
- For spray foam, follow the product manufacturer's safety data sheet for respiratory protection, gloves and eye protection.
- None of our coveralls are flame resistant. Do not wear them near open flame, sparks or hot work.

Insulation and spray foam FAQ
What coverall is best for removing attic insulation?
A hooded SMS or polypropylene coverall with boots. Insulation work is dry and hot, so breathability matters. In the hottest attics, use the Vent Coverall. Choose a respirator suited to the fiber.
What coverall should spray foam applicators wear?
That's set by your foam manufacturer's safety data sheet and your company's safety program. For interior high-pressure work, the industry guidance calls for chemically resistant coveralls and a supplied-air respirator. Our coveralls and the Ultra Spray Suit are not chemical protective clothing. Let us know what you need.
Which removal bags have the free replacement guarantee?
Premium Black and Gen2 woven. Quality White, snake and trailer bags don't carry it.
Do you have bags for batt insulation?
Yes, the snake bag, 4′ × 12′. It hangs from the attic hatch and takes batts as the crew pulls them out.
